Meet the Wisconsin State requirements for certification relating to the selling/serving of alcoholic products upon course completion. Geared to educate people employed in bars, restaurants and retail package stores on the local and state laws pertaining to the sale/service of alcoholic beverages. Methods of intervention to prevent a patron from becoming intoxicated will be discussed. This course is also included in the Mixology course, #109-418A.
