Prepare to lead and facilitate continuous improvement project teams by using Lean and Six Sigma practices, including data analysis, process documentation, project management and risk analysis.

The minimum required course grades and program grade point average (GPA) for students under this catalog are:

Core Courses = C
General Studies Courses = C
Program GPA = 2.0

Program Outcomes

1. Utilize lean principles and tools to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

2. Utilize six sigma strategies and data analysis for systems improvement.

3. Demonstrate proficiency in leadership and management functions.
