Learn to review physician documentation in order to assign diagnoses and procedure codes used for reimbursement and data reporting purposes. Explore anatomy, disease processes, diagnosis and procedure code sets, and systems to report healthcare data for reimbursement and statistical analysis in settings including hospitals, physician’s offices, healthcare and insurance organizations.
